Production & Processing Time Because each canvas is custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days — $10.00 flat rate
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 7–21 business days — $25.00 flat rate

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Important Notes

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
